Delivery Information

We have tried our best to make the map as accurate as possible. However there may be some addresses that fall 'borderline'. Please contact us with your postcode if you are unsure and require information.

Zone A
Our standard delivery area and most goods are delivered free of charge by our own network of delivery drivers in this area. Delivery day is arranged with yourself and an approximate time (2 hour window) can be given. Drivers can also call you when in the vicinity of your drop should you need to return to meet them. A minimum order value may apply on small items and radiators.
Zone B
Our intermediate delivery area and most goods are delivered free except where stipulated. Some items are not available for delivery to Zone B. Goods are given a day of delivery but a specified time is not possible.
Zone C
Sorry but we are unable to deliver to Zone C - majority of postcodes listed below

Order before 1:00pm Monday to Friday for a NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - £25.00 inc Vat
Order before 1:00pm Monday to Friday for a NEXT WORKING DAY AM DELIVERY (before 1pm) - £40.00 inc Vat
Order before 1:00pm Friday for a NEXT DAY SATURDAY AM DELIVERY (before 1pm) - £50.00 inc Vat

Please note we cannot be held responsible should, for whatever reason the goods do not arrive on the intended day due to an error from any of our third party delivery companies. Proof of 'Next Day Despatch' by ourselves covers our commitment to you. Please do not arrange an installer for fitting on the intended delivery day as we will not be held responsible should goods not arrive on time.

Deliveries with stairs

Our drivers will deliver to inside your Property or Garage - Ground Floor. We are sorry but we are unable to deliver up flights of stairs in any circumstances.
